New build consisting of Reinforced lnsitu Concrete Basement car park,followed by 65 no.Apartments throughout 4 separate blocks some up to 5 floors,single storey Creche,10 no 2 storey houses and associated site works and landscaping. The work we carried out on this job was first fix joinery, roof carpentry and Roofing. The slates we put on were Campo 600mm x 300mm. The value of the contract was €162K.
