A Great Day’s Judo! Thanks to the visiting Judo Ireland judokas every pupil in Grades 5 and 6 got to try their hands at judo today and then the members of our Judo team had a very serious training workshop. The best news is wee BD (aged 6) has, inspired by the Irish, decided to come out of retirement and return to the mats bringing his friend Junior Alfonso with him! Also, at the other end of the age scale, Ba Fredrick has joined the gang too! Everybody is looking forward to lots more of the “Gentle Way” for the rest of the week!
