Friday saw our visitors dropping in to St. Kevin’s, Ballygall to meet with the locals travelling to Kabwe in 2025. As well as the judo demonstration (and ice-creams!) the occasion was marked with a tree-planting ceremony – an apple tree now grows in the grounds of St. Kevin’s to celebrate the growing relationship between Sables Nua and St. Kevin’s. We look forward to planting a mango tree when the Kevin’s lads get to Kabwe!
