Our Junior Chefs are learning all sorts of tips from Master Chef Bestine. Today’s class was in making a fruit salad: no such thing as chopping up some fruit and tossing it into a bowl – much better to hollow out a water melon and fill it with finely chopped fresh, straight off the trees, paw-paw, mangoes, oranges, apples, guava and, of course, water melon and you have a dessert fit for a king! Our chefs are now taking orders for weddings, baptisms etc!!
